Kat was absolutely amazing in every way possible! We could not have asked for a better realtor. She really went above and beyond for me and my family to make the whole home selling and buying process as enjoyable as can be. She sold our home for above asking after only a few days on the market. I had a very specific set of criteria for the new home and was looking in a very limited area, which meant options were also limited. By some miracle, she found me my dream home and managed to get me into view it within only a few hours of it being on the market. We had a verbal offer and acceptance in under 12 hours and a signed contract in just under 72 hours, and in a highly competitive market! Kat stayed with me through every single step of the process offering advice, encouragement, support, assistance, and knowledge. She was truly phenomenal! My family is so happy in our new home, so I don’t anticipate moving again any time soon, but if I did, I’d definitely use Kat as my realtor again. And I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to buy, sell, or rent. We are very grateful to Kat for getting us into our dream home! While searching for our first home, we ended up in a bit of a bind.
